  2. Browse & Select Items: Browse the region-specific merchandise and select your desired items, ensuring the total does not exceed $15.
  3. Apply Discount Code: If you are a new hire, HR will provide a discount code to waive the cost for eligible staff.

What is the process after I place an order?

  1. HR Verification: HR will verify that you’ve passed probation before confirming your order.
  2. Order Processing: The HR team will review and process your order. The designated Point of Contact (POC) from HR will reach out to you directly with updates on your order’s progress.
  3. Shipping & Reimbursement: The POC is responsible for shipping your items and handling the reimbursement for delivered items.

How can staff outside the main regions order LTVplus-branded items?

  1. Purchase: Staff outside the main regions can purchase an LTVplus-branded item from an approved vendor.
  2. Submit Reimbursement Request: Submit a reimbursement request to HR, including:
